Compagnie de Beau Vallon shines a new light on the South East

Building on the high potential of Beau Vallon and its neighbourhood, Compagnie de Beau Vallon Ltée has devised a development plan for the southeastern region, one of the most attractive parts of Mauritius. The company’s projects – among which Pointe d’Esny Le Village – will no doubt help boost the economy in the South of the island.

1. Pointe d’Esny, CBVL’s flagship project

Pointe d’Esny Le Village – a 168-acre development enhanced by a 30-acre green lung – is undoubtedly the core project of Compagnie de Beau Vallon’s (CBVL) development plan. Set up under the Property Development Scheme (PDS), it showcases more than 500 residential units (apartments, duplexes and villas) marketed to both Mauritian and foreign citizens, as well as serviced plots for Mauritians and an “Appart hotel”. Pointe d’Esny Le Village has been among the major projects presented at the BARNES Luxury Show, held in Paris last December.

2. Beau Vallon, a blooming area

Compagnie de Beau Vallon Ltée is developing several projects in the region. First, the construction of Beau Vallon allotments with a 3-way scope “Côté Verger”, “Côté Champs” and “Côté Mer” (orchard, field, and seaside). It is one of the most important land operations in the region, totalling more than 400 lots on a total area of 89 acres, with specifications and a homeowners’ association. And, the infrastructure works have recently been completed.

Compagnie de Beau Vallon Ltée is also launching a master plan in Beau Vallon in order to ensure planned development in this area and ensure a harmonious evolution that will meet the expectations of the region’s inhabitants. The construction by Enatt, which manages Ascencia, of a 10,000 m2 shopping center in Beau Vallon marks the first phase of this development plan. The shopping center, which will require investments of at least Rs 650 million, will open by the end of October 2019. The second phase, developed by Compagnie de Beau Vallon Ltée, will then be devoted to the creation of a living area including residential areas, as well as business and leisure spaces. This initiative will enhance the attractiveness of Mahebourg and its periphery.

3. Riche-en-Eau and its exceptional surroundings

In order to revitalise the central part of Riche-en-Eau and stimulate business in the neighbouring stores by putting the region’s exclusive environment in the limelight, Compagnie de Beau Vallon Ltée markets the Ruisseau Tranquille gated community (73 freehold plots with specifications and homeowners’ association). It also supervises the refurbishing of several charming houses on the old sugar estate. Infrastructure works in Ruisseau Tranquille are due to be launched soon.

In the meanwhile, you can discover the events organised to bring more focus on the natural assets of Riche-en-Eau, such as trekking and mountain biking. Two cycling competitions have been organised in the region by the Mauritian Cycling Federation (including part of the “Tour de Maurice”), and a mountain bike race on CBVL’s lands.
