Set on 25 arpents of freehold land, on which 16,000 sqm of high quality building exists, the Socota Group is creating a mixed-use real estate development project, offering a fully integrated lifestyle centre. Set at the foot of the Candos hill, "Socota Phoenicia" will provide an out of town concept.
