Architects are increasingly innovative in designing building. They have the know-how to create places with futuristic look, impressive or outstanding! The goal: to better plan a city, produce eco-friendly housing, or even make people wonder... the reasons are as diverse and various! We invite you to discover some of these architectural projects for the less impressive...

What do you think of this building with a futuristic twist, wrapped in silver color and curved lines? This is the Guggenheim Museum in Vilnius, Lithuania, which seems to float above the ground. This extraordinary building was designed by the British-Iraqi architect who Zaha Hadid died in March 2016.

Look at this unusual tower called Eco Oxygen Tower, “your villa in the sky” located in Jakarta.

It was designed to suit the tropical climate of the capital of Indonesia. It is a masterpiece designed by Italian architect Massimo Roj. The tower distinguishes itself due to the conceptual design guided by eco-friendly technologies through technical solutions producing a great synergy with the environment and the use of renewable resources.

This other tower called Infinity is a creation of Sanjay Puri Architects. The building, which houses a hotel, several offices and residences, is located in Mumbai, India. The geometric appearance of the tower is due to the positioning of the balconies.

Let’s go to Japan in order to discover the great imagination of American architects Tiffany Dahlen and Virginia Melnyk. They designed the Candyland Japanese-Inspired Nightclub. Original, this is the least we can say!

There are restaurants and two VIP square, among others, inside this nightclub.

The picture above shows a project called Tours duo in Paris. The building has been designed by famous architect Jean Nouvel. The construction of these towers will be completed in 2020. The first tower of 180 meters high will include 30 floors. The second tower will measure 127 meters. This grandiose project will be located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, along the Seine and railways.

Here is another mega project: the underground station which will link Hong Kong and China.

The station, operational since 2015, is built on a total area of 147 000 km2, 21 times the size of a football field. The three basement levels can accommodate 3,000 passengers.

There is no limit to the imagination of architects. To be convinced, look at this tower, sort of floating tree for wildlife, and designed by the Dutch agency Waterstudio. This vegetal building is the solution to green metropolis without losing any floor space.
