St Antoine Private Residence: launching the second marketing phase

Officially on the market since 2016, St Antoine - Private Residence has recently started the marketing of its second phase. The 35 units, apartments and penthouses, which were for sale in phase 1, have been sold out, and their construction is underway now. The second phase of St Antoine - Private Residence offers an equivalent number of properties for sale, in addition to villas. Ultimately, this project will incorporate 100 apartments and penthouses as well as 30 private villas.

"We have worked hard on preparing a proposal that is perfectly in line with what the clientele we are targeting in Mauritius is looking for," says Norbert Koenig, the project’s promoter. "Saint Antoine is a place holding a very particular charm that is typical of the small villages of this region of Mauritius, imbued with authenticity, and which blends in a really different tropical nature, wilder than the other parts of the island. We have therefore worked on an inclusive project that perfectly fits the region in every way. It is a proposal that is entirely focused on nature and on all that the entire northern region has to offer in various fields. "There is a clientele who is specifically looking for what St Antoine - Private Residence has to offer. Here, the key words are nature, sea, authenticity, charm, modernity and refinement, all with this unique touch that is symbolic to this region, this idea of being between land and sea, the lagoon and the islands ... It is a specific customer profile, that attaches great importance to the quality of its environment, close to nature, fond of outdoor activities, discoveries… As a destination, Mauritius has many benefits for this client, its landscapes, its plural culture, its economy, its population, its administrative framework. And St Antoine - Private Residence also encompasses all of this."

40% of foreigners acquiring property in Mauritius are French, followed by South Africans who make up 20%. A paramount step for St Antoine - Private Residence, will be its presentation at the Paris Real-Estate Exhibition, from October 12 to 14 at the Carrousel du Louvre.
