Since the 12 March 2016, the Constance Belle Mare Plage Hotel is hosting the 11th edition of the Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau. A panel of renowned judges – the French pastry chef Pierre Hermé and Frédéric Bau, Cyril Lignac TV presenter for culinary programs on M6 and the hexagonal food critic Mercotte - will select the winners of the competition which will end on the 20th March 2016.
All these personalities from the culinary world will judge the work of six pastry chefs of Constance Hotels Group Hotels and Resorts, each accompanied by a student of the Institute Vatel-Maurice. The pairs will be busy in the kitchen to enhance the exceptional products of the House Valhorna, a French company that produces, since 1992, an exceptional chocolate.
Jean Jacques Vallet, Group CEO Constance Hotels and Resorts, explained that culture and culinary tradition are an essential part of the DNA of the group. The festival, according to him, is an extraordinary opportunity to enhance their passion of fine food and exceptional wines.
