La Résidence du Parc will soon be launched in Mon Choisy, in the north of Mauritius. This residential complex will target exclusively seniors.
The project will be developed by La Compagnie de Mont Choisy in joint-venture with 2Futures, the promoter ensuring its construction and commercialization. The architecture of the complex has been assigned to the local-based office, Rethink Studio. The residence will host 82 units composed of apartments and villas within a landscaped park of 1200 arpents.
