Alistair Macbeth has designer the Macbeth Villas of Anahita, Now, it is Jean-Michel Wilmotte’s turn, another famous architect, who is in charge of high-end private villas of 900 m2 to 1,200 m2 located in the northern area.
The seven villas which will be built in the future - all waterfront properties - will be exceptional, even unique in Mauritius, as they emerged from the fertile imagination of Jean-Michel Wilmotte. The latter is an urban architect and French designer who travel all over the world. He has designed, among others, the Louvre Museum in Paris and the Parc des expositions et de convention, Sao Paulo in Brazil.
The construction of these villas forms part of the third phase of the project developed by Alteo Properties. The second phase involves the launch of Macbeth villas sold from 2.6 million to 6.3 million €.
