For the next five years, Medine intends to launch two IRS programs. The first, juxtaposed to the Tamarina will consist of 60 villas and will require an investment of Rs 1,5 billion. The second, located in Albion, planned 300 lots golf for average range customers with Rs 15 million villas. Two hotels will be build: one of 50 rooms in Tamarin Bay which will require an investment of Rs200 million and another in Albion. Regarding commercial real-estate, a shopping mall will be build in Flic-en-Flac for a Rs 300 million investment. Furthermore, several residential projects are announced at Floreal, Tamarin, Pierrefonds, Roches Brunes, Albion and Coromandel.
