Avalon Golf Estate will be launched in 2015 and shall require a total investment of Rs. 6 billion. This golfing estate developed by NeXTeracom Services will be located in the south of the island, next to Bois Chéri and Bois Sec and will cover a land surface area of 230 hectares.
This huge RES residential project will host a golf course, one country club, a dressing room, a bar, a restaurant, a kids zone, a preprimary school and a kimdergarden.
