In the coming months, the Jin Fei industrial zone host the first office spaces of the projects. For the time being, some 40 apartments have already been constructed within 2 blocks.
Those residences shall target mainly Chinese businessmen but according to official sources, Mauritian citizens will also be able to acquire these properties and their price should be around Rs. 4,5 million. It is in fact Tianli Construction Ltd. which is the promoter of the Jin Fei Project.
