This award records the rankings and comments published within TripAdvsisor community regarding quality of service.
Below is the list of Heritage Resorts entities which were prized : Heritage Awali Golf and Spa (5* hotel), Infinity Blue and Balafon (restaurant of Heritage Awali Golf and Spa Hotel), Heritage Le Telfair Golf and Spa (5* hotel), Heritage The Villas (luxury villas), Heritage Golf Club and Le Château de Bel Ombre.
Regarding Veranda Resorts, the following hotels have received the award : Veranda Grand Bay Hotel and Spa, Veranda Pointe aux Biches Hotel, Veranda Paul et Virginie Hotel and Spa and Veranda Palmar Beach Hotel.
