Taking advantage of this positive financial environment, the group is elaborating many projects such as the renovation of Constance Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius and the Constance Lémuria at Seychelles. They are also planning a new customer relationship management system and a fresh fidelity program.

However, during the crisis, the group has focused on a very risky strategy. They did not lower their rates. On the contrary, they were increased since their goal was to strengthen their position in the luxury segment. To strengthen this position, there was a rebranding of the mark; the purpose being to ensure greater coherence between services and products via the various hotels that were reviewed, with the result of having three institutions of the group forming part of the prestigious consortium Leading Hotels of the World.
The hard work of every team of the group has proven worth. The teams followed a very thorough training at Constance Hospitality Training Center, especially around the jobs of gastronomy resulting in adding value to the group’s services.
