Next April, the Club Med will inaugurate is property development of about forty villas linked to the Club Med La Plantation (photo), in Albion.
This inauguration will coincide with the Club Med 60th anniversary. The villas will vary from two to four bedrooms. They give right to tax incentives as well as a residence permits to the future buyers.
Those villas’ buyers also have the possibility to place their properties in a real estate pool which will be rent and managed by third parties. Those operations will provide benefits to the owners.
The Club Med ended last year with a Rs 70 million deficit due to the reevaluation of a 26 million Euros dept following the exchange rate fluctuation. It ended 2008 with losses amounting Rs 157 million.
